Lift Beam Load Testing

STS-UK Group offers a comprehensive range of lift beam testing services. Testing can be undertaken on-site in-situ or under controlled environment conditions in our extensively equipped testing facility.

Internal testing can be carried out within our testing Laboratory, to high accuracy loading technology with capability of loading equipment up to 50te whilst measuring any displacement up to an accuracy of 0.01mm.

Alternatively, on-site testing can be carried out up to a proof load in excess of 15te with a measurement accuracy up to 0.01mm. All equipment used for this type of testing is specified within manual handling limits and can be maneuvered in and out of the smallest of spaces; which ensures any site circumstance can be overcome in order to complete the testing required.

With a variety of testing methodologies to overcome site conditions, the only limitations would be access to the beam. Bird-cage scaffolding can be assistive, or platforms. Please ensure you discuss all your requirements and site-conditions with your enquiry to support our process.

Following successful completion and performance of the beam[s], testing documentation can be provided. STS-UK can also mark-up the beam with the tested specification, upon early request.
